Jayne Higgins

Jayne is the Practice Manager of the Pet Behaviour Centre.

Jayne has worked for the Pet Behaviour Centre as an administrative assistant since 1990.

Jayne deals with telephone enquiries, booking appointments for clients and handling mail order enquiries and fulfilment.

Jayne is often accompanied by her own office helper; Ruby the yellow labrador.

 Vivienne MacRae

Vivienne has provided secretarial support at the Pet Behaviour Centre for several years. She is sometimes accompanied by her two flat coat retrievers, Libby and Meg.
