Jayne Higgins

Jayne is the Practice Manager of the Pet Behaviour Centre.

Jayne worked for David Appleby as his administrative assistant since 1990 and remained with the Pet Behaviour Centre when the principal practitioner changed to Claire Arrowsmith.

Jayne deals with telephone enquiries, booking appointments for clients and handling mail order enquiries and fulfilment.

Vivienne MacRae

Vivienne has provided secretarial support at the Pet Behaviour Centre for several years. She is sometimes accompanied by her two flat coat retrievers, Libby and Meg.
