Making An Order

 

Orders can easily be made on-line by following the steps or if you prefer, you can download a printable order form and fax or mail it to us.

Card payments for faxed orders can also be taken via the telephone if you prefer. Call 01386 750615 during office hours and we will be happy to help you.

 

  

Customer service:

We aim to post items within 5 days of receipt of order. All payments are in UK sterling. Cheques must be drawn from a UK bank and made payable to Pet Behaviour Centre.  Most major card providers are accepted (including Access, Visa, Mastercard and Switch) for post, phone or fax orders. Online payments are made via PayPal.

 

If the items do not match expectations or arrive damaged, please return for a full refund. Return postage is not refundable unless items are faulty or incorrectly sent. Please obtain proof of postage, as this will be needed to verify return should item not be received. Please wrap carefully to prevent damage. The order form and prices are valid until December 31 2009.
